This was the second time I have used Zerorez and results could not have been better. I had multiple sick cat accidents of the worst kind on my carpet and large area rugs, now there is not a trace to be seen (or smelled). Everything looks like new and no trace of residue. Technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and neat, couldn't have asked for better service. The next project for Zerorez will be tile and grout cleaning!
They work! Your staff is always extremely helpful and friendly but most importantly my house is clean when they leave!!

No chemicals
Technicians are well trained. Carpets are clean, stain-free and are not stiff. There is no chemical smell. We use this company over and over!

After hearing soo much positive & good reviews, on John jay & rich. John jay always says how much zerorez has helped out with his dogs. I purchased a home & the previous owners had a dog. Found out after moving in my daughter had an allergy, to the type of dog. So my first thought was to call zerorez. But after the service was completed, i was so disappointed when i finally reviewed the work 2 days later.

Your company was recommended to me by the person who was in charge of my carpet purchase and installment as one who did not use chemicals for cleaning which was a priority of mine. The softness of the carpets and they came clean. The only complaint I have is that we had a rug we laid out in the kitchen and asked if they thought it would come clean and said he would try, and charged us, and it did not. Later when he was done he told about how it normally does not come clean being it is a white rug and the oils from our dog. I feel he shouldn’t have tried or charged me.
