The young man who came to my home was very professional and nice. I had no problem with him at all but when he told me it was going to cost me an extra $40 to clean my 5x8 area rug I was shocked. I asked him why and he said it was different from my other one and that wool required more work. I watched him clean that rug and it was no different treatment than the other rug and carpet in my house. In fact it cleaned up faster and he only made one pass on it.
I was disapointed at the cost and that he said it would be $40 more than he had quoted me and it was less work!
Next, the other area rug which was a synthetic shag had no spots on it so I was expecting it to clean up really well. After the young man had gone over it once I couldn’t tell it was any better. I asked him to go over it again. He was very kind and did it the other direction. After it had dried, I vacuumed it hoping it would look better. It didn’t so I was disappointed with that. My carpet in the rest of the house was fine but took over 24 hours to dry and I was told it would be 2-4 hours. I didn’t think you used much water..... but was very wet for a long time. The total bill was more than I wanted to pay especially since I wasn’t bpleased with the end result.
Great customer service from the technician
My carpet is not clean, and it feels crunchy which is why I went with your company. I have 2 dogs and hate using chemicals. The technician pulled out a black light, showed me all the spots and I was shocked. He said don't worry (this is why we do the black light). Well after the carpet dried my husband pulled out our blacklight and guess what???!!!! Every spot is still there?? What was the point of showing me all the spots??? I even wound up having to pay $40 more to take care of the problem??? Such a shame, thought I could use a reputable company with no chemicals but I guess I have to go back to Stanley Steamers :(

Clean and fast
I'm always impressed with how fresh and clean my carpets get! My carpets are always a challenge, because I have a very busy and active household with kids, grandkids, and dogs, and so the tech always takes extra care and spends more attention to the dirt that laid it's claim to my carpet. I may have to wait overnight for my carpets to dry, but the extra care that the tech takes to produce the amazing results I get is so well worth the longer dry time. The cleaning results are matched by the professional, friendly, and skilled technicians. I can't imagine using another cleaning service!
Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the results, my carpets are clean they smell fresh and they're not crunchy. He was able to get all the stains out which made me very happy!

Your technician was very nice and looked professional. I have used other carpet services and they did okay. Usually my carpets were left very wet which made walking on them gross and pointless since the dirt stuck with the moisture.
With Zerorez, when the cleaning was complete my carpet was already nearly dry, the other great part is there is no crunchy feeling now that the carpet is dry. Everything is clean soft, and looks great! High quality cleanliness for a reasonable price.

The carpets come clean without a lot of chemicals. We’ve used Jarod twice now he does a great job.
There wasn't much of a difference in the way the carpet looked after it was cleaned the job was done very quickly and the price went up 10 dollars. I felt the price was not fair very high just to spot clean 3 small areas and one hallway. We are not looking for anything in return. Thank you.
