On time & did a good job.
I loved my carpets after Zerorez cleaning, they never looked so clean before since we moved into the house 2 yrs ago. They did a great job!!!! The price was just perfect/affordable and I am very satisfied, also I am gonna call them again. Thank you very much.

I understand that zero res uses an enzyme water that leaves no residue. Our carpets may be difficult to clean, or because of the pile, maybe they cast shadows. It appears that they have a residue left behind on them. They don't appear clean. The technician did take a brush to the doorways and as he wiped them - there was a substantial amount of dirt on the white cloth.
I clean my own carpets at home with a consumer cleaner - I just use water and go over the carpet several times - my carpets are champagne and do get clean
I think that we used your service before and I recall the same outcome.

I love that they use a natural cleaning solutions.
The cleaning went great but I think it is not ok when I am charged for a full price of a room even tho only 16 to 32 square feet are cleaned in 3 of my carpeted rooms. And to go from $400 in my prior cleaning with you guys to almost $900 when the same areas were cleaned. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Attitude and commitment
The chemicals to treat dog urine is too expensive. I could save the money from the cost of that to get new carpet
The extras you charge are way more than others. I went from 200 to 314 not happy
