No chemicals, and service was extremely friendly. Technician got right to work when he got to my house and was knowledgeable. Told me about my air handler and how I should have my ducts cleaned to prevent dirt build up in the corners of the baseboards below my air return. 3rd time using Zerorez and will continue to use them.

Technician professional, chemical free cleaners, clean carpets!!
Our carpet did not look nearly as clean as the other service we have used for years. Many light spots weren’t touched by this cleaning.
Also less time was spent on the cleaning. About 1 1/2 hours vs 2hours with two men. The other service did do the prevacuuming and some furniture which I knew in advance that you all did not do. However I think the Prevac may help alert the cleaner to spots before beginning the cleaning.

The technician was awesome. He was very professional, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job, paying special attention to areas I had concerns about. He was able to accommodate adding the cleaning the couch and love seat to my service same day. My carpets look and smell great! I have 3 dogs and my carpets stay cleaner longer with Zerorez. I purchased the extra water too. Works great on stains, tile and granite! Feels so good to come home to super clean carpets, tile and furniture. Thank you!
