top service
Great job, continued to communicate with me through the process.
Very polite and nice.
Professional, good customer service. Great job cleaning and taking the time to do things right as well as accommodate extra requests (i.e. hey I need my granite sealed too!). Overall, great experience!
Luis was great! Our carpet and travertine tile look fantastic!
The person who did our carpets did a great job and was extremely personable, and helpful. He explained everything up front and really worked hard. You have a great employee! This is the 2nd time we have used you and both times we were very happy. Nice job!
Our carpet looks and feels great. No harsh chemical odors at completion. Super clean looking and refreshed, even though our carpet is kinda old.
I have always been more than happy with the results of the carpet cleaning, even with pet urine difficulties. Also, the technicians have been been very helpful and efficient. This time my technician was Dustin, he was very personable and helpful. I would like to request him for my next cleaning.
excellent
The carpet looks great and your technician was pleasant and helpful. I always recommend you to all of my friends.
The Customer service was great.
The techs that were at my house were knowledgeable and helpful.
My technician was fantastic! I live in an apartment, so it is always a struggle he made it an easy process. So happy with clean carpet!
David was very informative and did a wonderful job! Will be scheduling again soon.
Service was great & pleasant employee.
The cleaning is scheduled to be redone because brown spots came up. This hasn’t happened with previous cleaning
I appreciated the "On time service", the friendly and competent nature of the technician, along with a job well done.
Your products made our carpets look amazing and with a short drying time, it made the process easy and convenient.
We always have a great experience with Zerorez! The techs we have had are very professional and do an excellent job at cleaning our very dirty carpet! We won’t trust anyone else for our carpet cleaning needs!
The tech I had yesterday was very professional and also friendly. He did a great job and I would ask for him, Gavin Alsbury again. You are lucky to have him. He's a great worker.
We had some heavily stained areas and some areas marked by grease that had been walked in from the garage. Your technology did not fully remove either problem, whereas more traditional method had removed equivalent marks in the past.
Such kind and helpful employees. I love the water to clean my floors!
I really like it when there some area that's not to my satisfaction, I call and you send another person to redo the area in question.
The tech arrived at 12 pm and he informed me what he would be doing then we went to work on cleaning the carpet. He did an awesome job. I would recommend zerorez to my friends to have their carpet cleaned. Thank You
Excellent job super clean great staff
Your price thing comparatively to your competitors is high the service was great the person he was in my home did a great job However I will price shop next time I get my tile and grout cleaned
Affordable, Quick and reliable - and the carpets dry quickly!
My main reason for requesting service was to clean the tile and grout. The grout was not cleaned very well. You should have told me you do not clean grout well. I would have used grout doctor if I had known.
Professional and courteous
Jason arrived when promised and did an excellent job!
