Everything went well he was very friendly!
Everything was great from booking appointment and when cleaning performed.
I feel they do a good job and the carpet dries quickly. The only bad part is they don;t move, or even help move, furniture when needed. As a single, older person, living with no help it is difficult to get the complete carpet done. Also, when services offered at $135 for three rooms, it seems unfair not to say that it doesn't include some of the special treatments needed to remove dirt from the traffic areas.
Dave is a superb job on my carpets and grout! House looks brand new - fantastic job. He's extremely thorough and provided great support and advice for future cleanings.

I have used Zero Rez four times and each time I thought they were really really good, better than anybody else. However, this fourth time the guy was even better and I found out that the other three even though they were good they didn’t do it the way this guy did. He used a different machine which he said all the other ones were supposed to of used but they never did, he said that this machine gets deep down into the carpet and pulls all the stuff up and then you go over it with the cleaner. I was amazed at the difference he did such a great job. I would recommend Richard to everybody or have the other ones do it the way he did.

Love Zerorez...they show up on time. They don’t add on a zillion extra costs. They do an excellent job. They explain any possible issues and get your approval prior to proceeding.
The service and cleaning was high quality however the advertised price went up after i was told you charge more for a wool rug. Then the extra charges for the scotch guard made the price even higher. The advertised price was 135.00 and i ended up paying 296.00! When i looked back on your web site i didnt see anything about charging more for wool rugs. I would recommend your company to friends because of the service but i would warn them about the bait and switch.

The gentleman came on a day when I was at work and my husband took charge of the transaction.
I didn’t realize how clean and neutral smelling our vehicles turned out until the next day when the sun shinned in on the upholstery. It was like we had new cars again. We’ve had other similar services but the depth of cleanliness doesn’t come close to Zerorez.
I took a chance with calling because the listed services and advertisement do not show you provide mobile service for vehicles but I’m glad I sent in the inquiry.
Not only do you provide a great product you also choose your employees well. The operators I interacted with through the start up process were kind and felt like they enjoy working for your company. My husband said our service man was phenomenal, he had a great personality, he was personable and well spoken, and he is a natural at building a connection. We’ll be sure to call you all again. You have a repeat customer and I’ll be sure to refer you to friends and colleagues.
