My carpet is clean , but it took all the way overnight to become complete dry, it was something not -expected.
Our concern was how much water was behind in the carpet, after the cleaning. The first thing I did in the morning was to check the carpet to be sure it was finally dry.
Professional and courteous technician - very thorough - did not rush thru the job - we had 9 rooms of off-white carpeting. Did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

My cleaner was great things look nice. If someone asked id tell them I was happy with my service but there wasn’t an above and beyond that havdvme actively promoting the service. For me to choose a 10 i need to be blown away by how amazing things are.

I am so disappointed in your overall customer service. This was the first time I wasn't present while my carpet was cleaned by Zerorez. My elderly mother was the only one home and was charged an extra $50 to clean the same areas we always have cleaned by Zerorez. I feel that she was taken advantage of. When I called to request an explanation for the extra charge, the girl in your office kept interupting and talking over me. She wasn't listening which was very frustrating and I finally hung up. Therefore, I do not plan on using Zerorez in the future.

Eric Fischer did a very good job cleaning my carpet. He was right on time and started right in on the job. I wasn’t quite ready for him to start but he was very patient as my son and I cleared out the room. My carpet looks brand new. I always tell all my friends to go with zerorez. Thank you Name removed.
