While I own a rental property in Phoenix, I live in another city. I used ZeroRes to clean the carpets and the report from my real estate agent was that they did a good job. Moreover, they were very easy to work with. We set up the services over the telephone, they took great care to explain the process to me, explain costs etc., and they called to re-schedule the services to an earlier time, which worked out better for me.
In all, they did what they said, they followed through completely, and made it easy for me to not worry that the job was done correctly.

The service technician was in my home for maybe 20-30 min to clean 3 rooms of carpet. Unless you guys have some state of the art device that is not available for any other companies that can extract dirt that quickly I would say my carpets didn't really get cleaned. For all the positive reviews and radio ads I hear pertaining to how great you guys are I feel as though I was misled or one of the not so lucky to have had a bad experience (which happens). I feel the amount I paid was not warranted for the service I received.
Great, prompt service. Did the job and results were clean rugs, furniture and carpets.
Had you guys come out to do one room in the house. its probly 12x15, it's the den where all our toddlers toys are. Payed extra for pet formula I think total was 175 and it still smells in there i think it's even worse then it was before you came out. We thought it would all come out the house is only 8 months old from its finish build so it's not old carpet. Maybe try and come back out next time spend alittle more time tryn to get it out.

Your techs were very personable and professional. Explained everything to me in detail and when they completed the cleaning. He went over each room and pointed out what was done. He answered any questions with honestly and completely.
As for the carpets, They came out better than expected. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

fast excellent results removes stains beautifully drys quickly. I was called before they were arriving and the job was done so fast I could still complete my daily chores. This is the second time I have hat them into my home. I was so impressed with the results I gave away our carpet cleaner. It just makes better sense for us not to hassle with doing an inferior job ourselves and taken much longer to dry. To have zerorez come do a great result for a very fair price and be gone leaving my home very clean.;

My carpet is 20 years old and after the last cleaning it still looks the the first day I walked into my home.
The tech was quick and efficient and overall the floors were very clean afterwards. I think my personal disappointment was that I spent over $1K getting my tile and grout cleaned and sealed and after everything is said and done I don't think the grout really looks any cleaner than it was before. It is very possible that this is just my grout and it is what it is but I think my expectations where higher. A friend had her tile and grout cleaned and was very happy with the outcome so I decided to get mine cleaned. I give you guys a 10 in responsiveness and as I said the tech was very polite, quick and efficient I would just have trouble telling someone who said they really needed their grout cleaned that they would see a big difference because I am not sure I saw much of a difference. I also can say that it was nice to have the tile itself be completely clean for once!
My carpet looks worse after the cleaning than before. Very disappointed.
