I gave Zerorez another try and was equally disappointed. The exact same scenario played out both times. I had to call the technician back a second time to get the pet treatment done in one room in which I asked for it to be done in the first place. I was assured that it didn’t need it and the room smelled. After completing the service a second time the carpet stayed wet in that spot for 3 days and the odor is still not gone. A huge waste of time and money!
The service gentleman was awesome. Price was ok, though there is better out there. The carpets were crunchy and they are not supposed to be...thought that was what you guys advertise? I hope I don't see the stains come back.

Brandon was excellent, he took the time to explain what he was doing and did a great job. He was very respectful and knowledgeable in his job. We will use Zerorez and Brandon again if possible when needed.

Quick and easy
David and Lacey were professional and courteous. They cleaned 4 bedrooms and a master closet so quickly. The carpets were 90%+ dry within 6 hours.
