Great service. Friendly staff! Would recommend and use again for sure. The staff was knowledgeable in everything including suggesting remedies and recommending products that would work for us. Allowed my teenage son to view cleaning of how bad his carpets were. It was an unbelievable difference.
No use of chemicals - service man was knowledgable and friendly
My very light gray carpet was installed in 2003. Over the years it has had family usage and suffered pesky pet problems. I first heard of and used Zerorez in 2008. Since then no other service or product will touch my carpet. The extraordinarily efficient and courteous technician this week, Rob, noted what good condition and appearance my carpet has maintained in spite of its age and use. I credit Zerorez entirely and am thankful I found you! From appointment set up to the last piece of equipment going out the door after a Zerorez cleaning, this company has built a successful business model and leave the customer happy with amazingly clean carpet - and it's "not crunchy"!

I loved how easy it was to make the appointment and how professional they were on the phone and in person. They arrived early and finished sooner than the 2 hours we thought it would take! The carpets and tile look new :). I’m very happy with them.
