Your carpet cleaners were the best!
I heard about your company on 104.7. My friend Ted Becker also used your company several years ago. He said the cleaner rep was there all day and made his carpets look new. The rep that did my house was very nice and polite but was there just over an hour to do all 5 bedrooms. I was hoping the traffic marks would not be as noticeable but it is the same or possibly worse because it brought the dirt to the surface more. And I paid 75.00 for pet odor treatment in 1 bedroom and it's still noticeable. I wish I would have just used that money towards new carpet.
Service techs were great! Very professional! They explained everything they were going to do, and they cleaned up everything when done.
I did have some pet urine on my carpet which is the reason I called Zerorez and they got me to spend an extra $40.00 to use a treatment solution and I still have a faint urine odor on my carpet. The only explanation I did not get was that it was NOT guaranteed that the treatment solution would work. That being said, I would definitely use Zerorez again, I would just have to ask more questions and get better explanations of services used before agreeing to spend more money. My carpet does look amazingly clean and it did have some spots after 3 years of not being cleaned so all in all - job well done!

When I really got down to the carpet, the edges of the carpet were not clean. There was still dirt and dust. I am not saying that service was terrible, but for the price that I paid I expected the carpets to be fully dust and dirt free. They were not. All of the main walking areas were great. The edges not so much.
