Quality of cleaning
Technician was prompt and professional and did a great job! Carpets look and smell great!

I used to like Zerorez. We’ve used them often because we have rentals. Lately they rush in, do a cursory job and leave. I found 2 loose nails in a carpet that had just been cleaned by them and twice we’ve had to call them back to re- do the cleaning. This last time we gave up and didn’t call them back. We won’t use them again.

Clean, fast and friendly service
Our technician was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He assessed our mattress and was very upfront and honest as to what did or did not need to be done. He completed the service in a timely manner and communicated with ease.
Could of went over it a few more times. Seemed to miss a few areas. Customer service was great though.

Not knowing your business, I'm not sure. I was pleased with the care the representative of your company took with our carpet and our furniture. I have been pleased with the results and would recommend you to anyone needing their carpets/furniture cleaned.
We like the fact that the carpet dried quickly and no residue is left in the carpet. And the gentleman that performed our work (Sidney) was the most polite and competent man we have ever had at our home. Thank you.

Carpet still has the stains after cleaning they were not large stains and the stains were on new carpet only about 1 year old.

Good service and friendly associate
The floor just looked like it was steamed not shampooed. When it dried I had to remove a few stains that should have been removed.
My carpet guy was rude. My carpets were crunchy and it took 12 hours to dry.
The guy who came to the house was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job!
The service I got was impeccable. Josh is a great service tech and he did a great job of explaining how Zerorez works and told me what he was doing at all times and gave me updates on the time it was gonna take him. Carpet feels so nice and clean it's amazing!

Had our carpets cleaned about two months ago. Had you back out to clean our tile. Left dirty patches of carpet where the dirty tile water got on the carpet. Also a corner of carpet got shredded by the machine. Sent an email with no response. Very. Very disappointed.
