What I like about ZeroRez is there are no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpet.
Straight forward pricing and honesty in what I'm getting is a rare trait that Zerorez embodies. The cleaning was excellent, had not chemical odor or residue, and was completed ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend!

I was impressed with how promptly we got scheduled. Along with an easy scheduling (within days) we were called because they were finished early on the prior job and wanted to know if it would be ok if they came earlier. I usually get calls from contractors saying they'll be late or have to reschedule so this was very welcome news. The cleaning person was professional and polite and unlike so many other companies did not try to twist your arm to "upsell" more services or products. We are happy with the cleaning, the people and the scheduling process. A+ all around.

The tech was very professional, however, there were some areas that didn't get cleaned as well as anticipated. I ended up doing one area myself after the technician left.
Hello, Our service on the tiled floors were great, in exception of our heavy walk way areas; hallway and living room. The heavy areas still look like they were not cleaned enough and they still look dirty in the heavy traffic areas.

I was very impressed with Zerorez from the first time I called and talked to a lady in the office. She was very friendly and explain the whole process to me. I set up an appointment and she said they will call you back to give you the two hour window, which they did.
When Brandon arrived he was very nice and explain what he was going to do. My carpet was very dirty and he did a great job of getting it cleaned. He was very profession and did a great job.
I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends.

I have used Zerorex for several years now. I like the results and no chemicals. I was a little taken back this time. all other times I have had the tech out they used a carpet rack for the high traffic areas. the house is empty and the high traffic area is already showing with just lite walking on it. I also noticed a wet dog smell the next day which I have never smelled before with any of my other cleaning. I was not as happy this time as all the rest of my cleanings.
