The rep was prompt, knowledgeble and did a heck of a nice job. The carpet looks great.
Our first experience was great with the company but our second experience wasn’t as good. One of the technicians was in training and did a terrible job. We called and had our original technician come back to fix it. We were disappointed that the trainer didn’t make sure the trainee did a good job.
Appears to keep stains from coming back.
It is a little pricy!
Dries fast.
Your employees are always pleasant, happy and hard working. I love how clean the carpets come out and how clean they stay after being cleaned!
Great technician. He was on time, very nice and professional and our carpet looks brand new.
Very old carpet
Don't think it was ever cleaned. I knew that all stains would not come out but l looks so much better after cleaning..
The technician was right on time, and went right to work! WOW! What a great job he did,
the eight year old carpet looked like new when he finished. Your techs always do a great job
but the service I got this time was really the best! I apologize, can’t remember the techs name
but he is a real credit to the Zerorez organization.
Tech did a great job, carpet is still stained
Parts of the couches, the chair & the carpets didn't get clean. In attempting to clean the chair the fabric was torn, and still didn't get clean. They were old, but still.
The tech was great. He explained what he was doing, the whys & wherefors of what didn't work, and reduced my bill by the amount of the chair that was attempted to be cleaned, but wasn't & was ruined in the process.
Quality service great technician that came out. Jose made me feel comfortable and cleaned up everything before he left wonderful job
Gavin our technician was very professional
Great service and extremely clean apartment!

Well, you were late arriving, but Jose was very professional and went over and above and did a great job. Carpets look like new again. Thanks. I'll definitely use Zerorez again next time.
We have been very pleased with Zero Rez. They are on time. Carpet looks new when they're done. Carpets are not crunchy when you walk on it after it dries.
The person that comes to clean is always very knowledgeable. We've used them for several years and will continue to
Biggest bonus was the lack of chemicals! Yah! Our carpets are about 15years old and had some stains and many traffic matting and dirt. Honestly I was amazed how wonderful they look. And they feel wonderful. I was looking for a service to buy me 1-2years before having to purchase new flooring, but I think we could exceed that time if needed.
Brandon was very professional and excited to see the improvement in our home. He explained everything and left me with appropriate expectations.
Would recommend both Zerorez and Brandon!!
Carpets look like new after being cleaned.
Quality, great price and great technicians!
I had used Zerorez before in GA and was so happy with their carpet cleaning. This time I needed chairs cleaned and tile cleaned and grout sealed. Had a wonderful technician who did a great job. I like the fact no chemicals are used.
Person how came to my house was very professional and kind.
Great job. Easy and fast service
I love zerorez! I have never had a bad experience.
They do such a great job and the carpets and tile look great.
They dry way faster too.
We haven't had the job finished yet (too big for one day), but so far so good!
The person that did the work was courteous and polite, and did a very good and thorough job.
I was very happy with the results of the two room we had him do.
Steve Jones
Very good product and service.
You got our couch clean
Technician was super informative, courteous, and professional. Love how you do deep pet cleans differently! It really made a difference!
Used Zero Rez many times. Always very pleased with results! However, on 7/29/19, Two technicians Sidney and Travon did an exceptional job on our carpets!! They are great representative for your company! Probably the best technicians we have ever had!
Zero Residue - that was the point, and you guys delivered. Thanks!
