I just had Zerorez come out yesterday and do my whole house. The carpets look great! this morning i went in to my daughters room and noticed that you missed doing her walk in closet. I called and you said you can send someone out next week to clean it. I also asked how much for you to do an area rug since you would already be out. you quoted me $24 so I asked since I now have to take another half day off work if you would waive the $24 fee and your response was NO sorry. Come on I just spent $485 for your services and you aren't willing to give me a break on the pricing that's only 5% discount???? Seriously upset it's the principle more than the $24.

Your services are amazing! I tried one of your well known competitors (shame on me) because they were a bit less expensive, claimed to be the same. Not true. Their outcome was horrible, so bad I did not want them in my home, or anywhere near it,to redo the $500 work to make amends. I’ll call it tuition. ZeroRez came out 2 days later and the results were phenomenal. Thank you Michael C.!

The efficiency of the tech and understanding what we are wanting done. Suggested a cleaner about pet stains but didn’t upsell and wanted to try a regular cleaning first. Really appreciate that most of all

Gets most stains out
Zero rez always gets everything out of my carpet and doesn't use harsh chemicals to do it, which I like because I have small kids and a dog. Plus the customer service is excellent.
