The Zerorez process is something I had heard about on KTAR for some time but to experience the difference in our carpets after one visit was a complete surprise. Your service people are very professional. Dillon explained how your pet stain remover worked and I decided to use it on our pet stains. It it is a very time consuming job but Dillon did an excellent job. He also explained that with pets we should have the carpets cleaned every 6 months and that is what we are going to do. They are the best carpet cleaner in the valley.
