I wish I would have taken pictures, I won't be back down in the valley until the afternoon of the 10th of April. I will send you pictures then. The house is going to be put for sale soon and the carpet will need to be alot more presentable than it is now.
The young man that cleaned the carpet said it would look better when it dried but actually looks as bad or worse. The traffic areas are terrible, I'm not really sure without chemicals whether these dark areas will come clean. I will send you pictures and you can decide if there is anything you can do than.

the guys were fast and efficient, ad the carpet looks great!

Customer service is always wonderful and cleaning is amazing! My grout is back to its normal color and the carpets look like new. The man doing the job was very kind and communicated greatly.

When scheduling, I was unaware of how long it would actually take for the cleaning and felt that maybe an estimated time of how long it would take would have been nice as I may have tried to schedule an earlier start time, even though he was late due to an issue, I did receive a call to late me know about 10 min before the end arrival time that he would be late.

The technician that came to clean my carpet and tile did an excellent job. He was so thorough and worked very hard.

please keep your time commitment windows; i waited past the window of time, and was offered the cleaning of an additional room for my inconvenience... luckily, i was able to be home this day, otherwise i would've had to cancel. don't let previous clients ADD rooms to their previously made arrangements, which then has a domino effect and makes me an unsatisfied customer, free cleaning of a room or not.
