The carpet is no longer crunchy and the fibers don't lay down from the soap.

My house had to be revisited because the first tech didn't take the amount of time he should have to really work on the stains. The second tech who came to my house was dedicated to make sure a great job was done. If I could recommend him I would.

The products used to clean our carpet and furniture worked beautifully. Every thing looks new, colors in furniture vibrant and carpets looked like new. Felt like stepping on new carpet.

I have used ZeroRez in the past and was very impressed. Yesterday’s experience was lacking. My stairs were left DRENCHED. In fact, three are still wet 24hrs later. There was a stained area that wasn’t even lightened (we believe it was chocolate milk that had been hidden by one of the kids until it dried). And my stairs don’t look as fresh as expected. I understand high traffic areas but this is on better and newer carpet than my other house. That being said, the service techs were super nice , arrived early and managed to get most of a blue “slime” stain that had been hidden under my daughter’s bed for 6mo. We are going to assume this is a “one off” situation and use ZeroRez again. Just hope for a better result.

This company is very professional. Staff is friendly and answers questions with good detail. I’ve been using this type of cleaning for several years. It keeps my carpets looking fresh and clean. No smell and no sticky residue. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!
