I never think the dirty carpets will come clean when Zerorez comes. Not because they don’t do quality work; but, because my carpets look so filthy. EVERY time, the carpets end up looking almost new (the wear gives it away). I love how Zerorez uses no chemicals and is 100% safe for pets and humans. The employees are always very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have anyone else clean my carpets.

Did a great job at making my carpet look new
Every stain was removed minus the nail polish but that is expected. It was a noticeable difference after the carpet in our boys room was cleaned.
Lewis is very efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job, and I'm going to be scheduling another visit (to clean a different part of the house) in a couple of weeks.

Floors looked great but as they started to dry, we noticed that there were some puddles left behind that dried white along with many areas of the grout. Wish we didn't have as much "clean" up as we have.

Mike was excellent! He was knowledgeable, kind, polite and personable. The products he used worked great. We had A LOT of dog urine smell issues and stains. The biological treatment he recommended remedied our smell and stain problems like magic. Definitely worth the money! We will recommend Mike and Zerorez to everyone!
