Good service
the technician was very, very awesome he worked extra hard to get the hosing to a 3rd floor condo, He did an outstanding job.
The Tech. did a great job. He was very polite and professional.
I do not like the "2 days in advance" time slot system. I already had to take a day off, since you wouldn't tell what time the tech will arrive. And then I would have opted for a morning cleaning so I'd have time to put the furniture back same day and not have to take a second day off.
Your "2 days in advance" actually didn't work for me. So next year, if not given better scheduling, I may go with a different company.
Now having the dirty water left in the carpet and it isn’t as stiff when finished
Carson was our Zerorez tech and did an excellent job. He was very respectful to my husband and me and also respected our home.
The two gentlemen were very nice, efficient & made sure our requests were met.

This is the first time I've been disappointed in your service. My bedroom carpet looks like it wasn't cleaned at all. The same goes for my area rug and it still is buckled. I've always been willing to pay the higher fees because of the quality of your work and I would recommend you to my friends. I don't feel that way now.

The tech was fine. Overall, I have had much better experiences with a local company. We have great quality carpet,apprx 4 yrs old; don’t wear shoes upstairs on it, etc and within a few days of cleaning it with zerorez, it looks back to the same. My local company does our stairs and bedroom (which is really 2 feet on either siDe of the bed because our furniture is large- and it runs us $85. So, for almost twice that.. I’m just not thrilled with the aftermath and would not be using again.
I like the water process that leaves no residue.

They live up to their hype! What more could be said? I have the big container of the water which I put in squirt bottles and use for spots around the house. It is amazing.

The 2 guys were great,my carpets look wonderful. I should have done this a long time ago. They were fast, neat, and really listened to try to get out some troubled spots.
What a great experience, very professional and courteous, each step was explained along the way, we also receieved a demo on the tile which we plan on doing in the not too distant future.

My experience with Zerorez was an awesome one in that true to their word that they would be at my residence within the time frame promised. The Technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and down right honest with what they could do. After my carpet received the treatment, I was thrilled in what was done and to the point. I recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants their carpet(s) cleaned at a reasonable rate and done right without the chemicals used to clean carpets that other companies use. I'll be using Zerorez from this time forward.
