I like the professionalism that the technicians demonstrate every time I get a cleaning. They always explain things well with great customer service and know exactly what to do. The latest cleaning tech spent an adaquate amount of time trying to understand the cleaning needs and did not try to sell me things that were not necessary. Overall, I rate my experience as a 10 out of 10!

I expected your cleaning process of our tile and grout would actually clean it. It doesn’t look any better than it looked before your team cleaned it and for a very hefty price.

Be more lenient on your policy regarding 3 rooms, for your 3 room special. My bedrooms are very small, and in two of them I have queen beds. So between the two, square footage wise, it probably equaled one bedroom. I chose not to lift the mattresses so that they could clean under the beds. Its frustrating to pay for 3 rooms and not feel I got the same deal as someone else with bigger rooms would.

Just had my carpets cleaned. Zerorez really is the best. I was a Coit customer for over 20 years, started using Zerorez a few years ago. The difference is amazing!

The tech was very bland in personality as if he didn’t want to be there. I wasn’t very well informed on services I was sold service without much explanation. Which I’m sure he makes commission off of. The cleaning process was quick which was good but didn’t seem like it did much as muc carpet looks the same and feels the same.
