Everything. We have expensive carpets AND dogs so we need our carpets cleaned regularly. The carpets are nice and soft following a cleaning with no soapy residue and stubborn stains are removed. The technicians are friendly, on time and knowledgeable.

I was told carpets would look close to new and I dont see that there is still smell in two bedrooms and 8 paid a great amount of money

Communication regarding arrival time of tech was appreciated. So far it looks good and no sign of any residue. Tech explained procedure clearly and answered questions; work was done efficiently in reasonable length of time. No high pressure up sale was involved!

The carpet dried much faster than the traditional carpet cleaning. The wet carpet smelled less while wet and was very clean.

Fast and thorough

Was not 100% satisfied. Cut the tech off in the middle of cleaning. Stains were still there in the carpet. Zerorez only cleans the surface not the deep down cleaning to fibers. Will never use them again. They even made me pay for one of the rooms and the stains are still there. I should have gotten 100% of my money back. Had to call another company to come and reclean the carpets.

Easy to schedule, great follow-up, service was quick. The technician was in and out working 45min, our carpet looked great.

We really like the cleaning job done on our 2 carpeted floors,the man was very professional and explained the cleaning process, I tried the window clean product which I liked very much,and will buy some when I next need it ,thankyou!
