Great service! Carpets and tile look like new.
My carpet stay clean much longer and they are not stiff like other companies
The technician that cleaned my carpet, was at my house a total of 40 to 45 minutes.
He had 2 bedrooms, a den, living room and hall. The hall and the entrance to my house
were not satisfactory, 1 bedroom had spots that are still there, There are burn marks in this bedroom, which I know will always be there, however spots should have came up.
I asked him how long would it take as I had to take my granddaughter to work, he said not
long, and this should have been a red flag to me. I told him that I would probably have to leave, but I would leave him , he said again oh I will be through. I did not tell him that I had called my husband to come back, because by this time he said he was done. In the living room I noticed he missed an area by the coffee table that was dry as a bone. He did not clean that area next to the coffee table. When he said 45 minutes I should followed my mine and sent him on his way.
I have used Zerorez 1 time about a year ago and that technician cleaned the same area and it was fine and lasted all this time, but he was hear longer than 45 MINUTES

We were pleased that you could come so quickly, your technician was not only polite, but very informative. In fact, we had two rooms that we use a lot cleaned and so far they look great.
I like the fact that you use only water, no suds that seem to stay in the carpet and soils so much more quickly.
The initial contact was informative, the follow-up call was timely, the technician was on time and called 1/2 hour before coming, the products cleaned my carpet very nicely and there was no odor and they dried in the 8 hour time promised.
I would use Zerorez again and recommend them to my friends!

We were not as impressed with the cleanliness of the carpet after cleaning. Carpet always looks better but a day later after vacuuming with a good machine we were amazed at the amount of dust and dirt that came up.

It's not just that you do a great job cleaning my carpets and floors, but the service you give is great......Hiring conscientious techs, keeping me reminded and notifying me of service times and fair prices.
Even though we have a new build, we hired Zerorez to clean the carpets to get rid of the construction dust. Abraham explained everything and was very thorough we also added a protectant to the carpets. Would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
