The follow-up to a problem I was having was excellent. I was impressed with the prompness in which someone (Richard) was sent to correct the problem. He was very professional and explained everything he would be doing to fix the problem. Happy with the results second time around.

Expensive cleaning and the technician attempted to upsell and inflate the price of stain removal.
Carpet appears cleaner but was informed that the stain removal that was done may not fully remove the problem. Very disappointing.

I've had other carpet cleaning companies come in and clean my home. None have ever felt this clean afterwards. The carpet is clean without being crunchy. The tile looks amazing and there's no weird residue. The pet odors from our foster cat are completely eliminated. And our tech was great... he was efficient, yet thorough, with very keen attention to detail, even after 5 hours (we have a big house!). Zerorez is worth every penny.

Other than the long wait time to schedule an appointment, the service provided was as indicated on the website and on hold dialog and price point was spot on. Technician arrived not only on time but early, which was great. Work was performed efficiently and didn't take too long at all. Lacey did a fantastic job, she was knowledgeable and personable. She is an asset to your company.
Quick, easy, great price
My Service Technician, Aaron, did a super job in prepping the carpets and cleaning them. I had only intended to treat one of them, but after discussing the process/treatment, I decided to treat all my carpets with the sealant. I am very pleased how my carpets were cleaned. They look brand new. I had two stains that are no longer there.
ZeroRez uses empowered water to clean my home carpets , tile & sofas & I appreciate the non toxic formula. Cleans well if you don’t have major stains. It did not get out the marker out of the sofa marker though! We got it out with “shout laundry stain remover” I would use zero Rez again & most likely for our tile & grout soon.
