That it leaves no product behind in your carpet
The service rep ( Louis )was very pleasant and on time , even early which was good for us . We were even called to make sure it was alright to come early . Louis did a great job of cleaning our carpets and kept us informed every step of the way . I was very happy with the outcome , yes I would highly recommend Zerorez.

I was very happy with the service I received from Zerorez. My carpets came quite a bit cleaner and I was soooo pleased with your service rep, Zak.
We contacted you the day of and nothing was offered to "make things right." We had all of the furniture out of the way except for the big pieces. We have had our carpets cleaned for 10 years and not one company has not moved our furniture. The young man was very nice and explained the process and the liability and offered to help, but my husband has a serious back disease and help wasn't what we needed. In fact, it's the first company in anything we've had done that hasn't moved the furniture. We even suggested you might clean the second chair for free, but that wasn't offered. My chair was definitely not cleaned well. I don't think it's a service you should offer if it can't be done right. Again, the young man was compliant and thorough, but spotting needed to be done on some of the creases. Also, very disappointed in how long it took to dry. We were sort of under the impression it would take less time and it took more. This is in your ad: A more complete clean with significantly improved dry times. Our carpets were not dry until 8 o'clock and we had two fans in every room as well as the air conditioning on at 74 degrees. The cost was also much higher than other companies. Very disappointed. More of a recommendation as to why upon cleaning that there's still residue left behind, questioned on if more frequent cleaning would rectify the dirtiness, response was that the high traffic areas would still be dark on the carpet. That wasn't the question, the question was the frequency of the cleaning would help with the actual carpet being clean.
Had to have you guys back out again because of a missed area, but all is well now! Thank you

The service man Brandon was very professional and answered all the questions that I had so that I could understand exactly what he was doing.
I paid a lot extra for 1 of the 3 rooms to have the additional cleaning process to remove pet urine. It looks very nice, as do all the rooms, but it still has an odor, although not quite as strong. Is there anything else that can be done to eliminate the odor that remains.
My service tech was great. very professional, explained everything, and did a great job. The carpet turned out great.

Traffic patterns were not gone. We took our bosses rug cleaner and cleaned them . It was $149 wasted!
Charged me for a service that wasn’t completed and gave me a credit instead of giving me my money back

I would highly recommend Zerorez and use their service again. Done very well, professional and with caring attitude and no mess left after done. The carpet when it dried was soft to walk on not hard and stiff like when other carpet shampoo, and cleaning companies get done. AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I AM VERY FUSSY AND A PERFECTIONIST AND WHAT THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THANKS

Although it was more expensive than I anticipated, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and carpet dried faster than with other companies I have used in the past, a huge plus. Carpets look clean and I am satisfied.
