The technician did an excellent job removing the dirt from our carpet. However, his truck left an oil stain on our driveway! I cannot scrub it off.

The tech came to our house after already making a couple of stops. I did not see him change the water. It makes me wonder if the same water is used stop after stop?

If the stop before me had bed bugs what prevents your system from transferring the critters to my house?

The young man was very nice, but, whatever product is used on the tile and grout did not work
as well as the company I usually use. I wish I had stayed with them.

Carpet still a little crunchy but overall a great experience.

No chemicals, quick dry time and the Tech, (Brad) was on time, curtious and knew the product and services very well.

I thought the cost was terribly high for the area done and the time spent. Tile cleaning was a joke----spray some stuff on----swoosh it around and mop it----took about 10 minutes. Actually only cleaned about 500 square feet of carpet.

Very happy with the carpet cleaning. My husband wanted to know why I didn't have you clean our tile at the same time. I guess I will be calling to set that up!

The service tech was great. Results were great. We did decide to have the protection added to the carpet and tile, not knowing it would have a strong smell which lasted for hours.

We have allergy and asthma problems. Customers should be told.

The technician, Rob, was very professional. He clearly explained what he was going to clean, the costs, and benefits if we wanted to add any additional services. Upon explanation, we did add the carpet protection and we are very happy with the result. Rob used corner guards so as not to scuff up our walls and shoe covers to not track in any outside dust. I definitely will use Zerorez again and will specifically ask for the technician, Rob, to service our home again in the future.

So far carpet looks great. Was a little worried when I saw how stretched out and wet it seemed. Today it is dry and hopefully the stain resistant application will work. It looks good tho. Resend this survey to me in a week
