Based on radio advertising I was led to believe that after the carpet cleaning was done there would be a noticable difference compared to other carpet cleaning companies. Not the case after 8 hours of drying the carpet looked like I did it myself with a rental cleaner from home Depot.
Everything went perfect. I didn't even have to be at the rental to get a great job. Thanks for no extras. There were several stains removed that other companies would have charged extra. The closets were even cleaned for one low price. Thanks
The gentleman did a great job, answered my question and was polite and respectful. I asked for a business card and he said he didn't have any. I save business cards to remind myself which company to call again when I am happy with the service. I would recommend you get some and see if it doesn't help for repeat customers. You can order online , create your own card, and get 100 for $12.95. I ordered some for woodcarving and they are professionally done and in color.

I have used many other carpet cleaning services in the past and when I heard about your technique I was very intrigued. I went on line and scheduled an appointment "which was super user friendly". Unfortunately I had to call to move my original appointment and called at 7:00 AM the same day which was a Thursday and they were so obliging and rescheduled for the next afternoon. Paul was the technician and was wonderful! He was very efficient, polite and explained the process. I have to say my carpets have never looked better, they look new! Mind you my carpets are 15 years old and I am not exaggerating a bit! They look new!

The techs have been great. The carpet looks great. The booking process is easy and there is great communication.
There’s still one spot in the carpet that is “crunchy”. Not sure why it wasn’t cleaned/fixed.
I was told spots in my carpet would not return. They have returned. I paid a lot of money to have my carpet cleaned. Not happy with results. It's only been 6 days.dpots are starting to show.
I've always been happy with the results of my carpet cleaning with you. I will admit I was a bit surprised this time to hear that you don't "spot clean" until the initial cleaning is completed. I found that a bit curious, but the young man seemed to know what he was talking about, so I didn't argue. I'm hoping the same spots don't reappear with time.

The tech that worked at my place was very conscientious and pointed out what needed to be done and stated that carpet had stretched but would go back to normal. He left some shoe covers for me to walk upstairs and did remind me I could slip with them on the wood.
He was very detailed about doing the job right.
The company should have some sort of dolly or cart to allow the servicemen to wheel the house to the front door without having it be on the ground and bringing in dust and dirt ! Too much hose for one person to carry a distance !
The noise was a surprise and a little annoying because nothing could be done while the carpet was being clean. Noise should be noted by phone representative for the clients comfort. But in the end the results were worth it!
My second experience with Zerorez was very good. Colten was extremely nice and knew his
job well and spoke highly of the company. He is a dedicated employee and I’m grateful that he was sent to do my job.

Sry impressed with professionalism of the office staff and I have used you before. The tech the first Tim was very good and friendly however this time the tech did not do a very good job. I had to pay another cleaning company to go over the floors so they would look better. I will use zerorez again because I believe in the company and think i unfortunately was the result of poor workmanship.
