We enjoyed how friendly and helpful the technician was. We also enjoyed the how clean our floors look now.
I like how clean the carpet comes without harsh chemicals. The carpet is not left feeling like there is a residue or film. Even deep stains seem to come clean. David was very nice, protected his shoes, protected my cabinets and wall corners. I was very pleased!

This was a quick job this time. The stairs still look dingy and I only had one mild stain on the whole job and although the cleaner said he got it and it appeared that way while wet, it was still there when it dried. Also the cleaner didn’t clean in a straight pattern so there are lines going in Every direction unlike the previous job. Finally, the cleaner asked me to go up and approve the work. I asked wouldnt it leave footprints and marks and he said it would dry and be fine. Hesitantly, I agreed to walk up stairs to see the job and lo and behold this morning I see every footprint that I took now that the carpet is dried. My last tech asked me to come up and see the upstairs before she did the stairs which I would have preferred. The last tech took about 75-90 minutes to complete whereas this cleaner was done in roughly 35 minutes. It was apparent this time around. I have photos to support my concerns. Overall, the tech was a very nice guy, with a friendly spirit...no concerns with him personally but not satisfied now that the work is dry. I will not write this on Facebook as I don’t believe in public complaints but wanted you to be aware.

The carpets took a lot longer to dry than your ad said it would. If that is normal, than you should change your ad to match.

Results are important and I was more than pleased with the results. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They technique they use to clean is a standard that cannot be challenged in today's industry. This tells you about results but results are not only thing that impressed me. When the technician arrived he introduced himself. He answered my question about the empowered water process. He gave me an accurate estimate before we started. He took care of my home. He place corner guards any place that the hose might rub the wall. He wore booties to keep things clean after he did his work. This was as important to me as the job they did.
