YESTERDAY WHEN LUCAS AND CHAD ARRIVED. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY.CHECKED OUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. GOT RIGHT TO IT. HELPED BY PUTTING SOME VERY SMALL PIECES OF CARPET OUT IN THE GARAGE BECAUSE WHERE THEY LAID WAS HARD WOOD FLOORS. THEY WORKED THROUGH THE OPEN GARAGE

Techs arrived early, were friendly, explained everything and were in and out fast. Did a great job too.
I had used zerorez several times in the past to do moveout cleanings when I was living in apartments. My family and friends have all had great experiences with zerorez as well. I have honestly never heard anything bad about the company.
I scheduled Zerorez to do a moveout carpet cleaning for my rental house. 4 bedrooms, a staircase and a closet that we entered as a hallway.
My carpets were awful. I have two toddlers, and the carpets were covered in stains. I knew the stains would not come up, but did expect that the dirt would be gone.
The man who came the first time, cleaned the carpets in less than 1 hour. It looked like a lot of areas were untouched. and the entire space was viably still dirty.
I called customer service, and they told me that they would have someone else come out to clean the carpets.
They weren't able to get someone out immediately, but they had an opening two days later, I had to work at this time, but had my mother meet them at the house.
My mother relayed that he spent approximately 1 1/2 hours cleaning the carpets.
I got back to the rental house on Sunday evening, one day later. There was still dirt on the edges of the carpets, and the carpets still looked dirty. The house smelled.
I had to go rent a carpet cleaner before the next day, because I had my final inspection.
I cleaned the carpets using only water, and was amazed house much dirt was in each tank of water. But the carpets came clean.
I called the day after my walk through to express my concerns with this experience, and was told that I shouldn't have used a rental machine (like I had another choice at this point), and that the machine was probably dirty, which is why the water was dirty.
No fault was taken for my carpets not being cleaned even after the second time. I received several excuses.
I spoke first to a customer service representative, who explained to me that she was able to see photos of after the second clean. During this conversation, the employee told me she didn't feel like it looked clean. She was going to forward my information to her supervisor who would contact me with a resolution.
I was contacted by the supervisor that day, who explained the same things to me regarding rental machines, but again, did not take responsibility. Just made excuses.
I explained that after paying $250, I then had to pay to rent a machine, and put hours into cleaning the carpets that had already been cleaned twice by professionals.
The woman offered me a $50 credit towards my next cleaning service.
I do not think this was sufficient on any level. It did not even pay for the rental machine. And in order to receive this $50, I would have to use your services again.
I am very disappointed with THIS experience with zerorez. The costumer service rep was kind, and I feel like she did her job. The supervisor contacted me back quickly. But I do not feel as if she resolved the situation.

I’m not sure... after the technician left, there was quite a bit of water still on the tile floor in a couple rooms. After turning on fans for a while, I tried wiping up a couple remaining wet spots with a paper towel and it end up almost black from the dirty water sitting on the floor. Granted my floors were probably pretty dirty but I did not expect that. I could also see several areas smudged and clearly still dirty. I was a bit disappointed. I don’t know if it was the technician or I have unusually dirty floors. The technician however was very professional and seemed to be working meticulously and was quite pleasant.
That there are no chemicals.

Tech was thorough and informative
I am happy with the job except 2 of the 3 same stains remain. So I would probably go with a company that removes stains. I was happy with the tech. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was given a quote when booked my appointment but I ended up paying $40 more because he said the open study room and passage was larger. I was not prepared for that.
Then I was happy to hear that he would wear boots when walking on my carpet as we walk barefoot on the carpet- no shoes but I saw him walking with black work shoes on the area to be cleaned. I was not happy with that. He only wore the blue shoe covers in the end after working on my stairs and applying the stain resistance. I also was told he would give us props to put under furniture. I had to convince him to give them to me. I got 4 from him but wanted 4 more which I did not get for the other book shelf. Overall, I was happy and don't complain but these issues would have me go elsewhere for carpet cleaning.

Wonderful job and I love that there is no smell. I will always use Zerorez from now on. Thank you.
