Very professional

I just wasn't as wowed as I thought I would be. My carpets are clean are look good but I was disappointed that in order to get the best results we would have to purchase upgrades to the service. This service was already overpriced.

Good Cleaning, prompt service, quick dry!

I appreciate there availability of next day service. The employee Mr Joel was on time, and very professional, and was ready to work. He explained the steps that would happen to get my tile cleaned. He also went over a few things that I can do to help my tile stay cleaner longer after he was complete with the cleaning. So I appreciate Zerorez. My tile looks very very good.

The tech was great but the pet treatment at $75 per gallon os ridiculously expensive.

Quick and efficient service

The Tech was amazing. He answered all my questions and didn't act like I was bothering him. He helped me with a picture showing before and after in the same shot that included his cleaning wand (because the thing is magic). Proof...

I am very happy with my Zerorez service. I had used the carpet service twice before....and this week I had the tile & grout cleaned in my rental home.....and it's fantastic.
Eric was the Serviceman …. he was very polite & explained the process to me...… I love Zerorez. I am going to put my rental home 'For Sale' and will included Zerorez calling cards with the prospective buyers.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets did the best job out of all the times I’ve used Zerorez! I would absolutely use again!!

Cleaning did not fully remove discoloration on main walk paths on cream colored carpet. I can still see where I enter each room and there is a path to the bathroom.

Dillon was very kind and a gentleman. However he did not put plastic piece of paper under furniture where he cleaned the carpet like other carpet cleaners that I have had to my home in the past.

Your phone appointment staff is very professional as well.
