Great service
Everything was great! I do still have a dog urine smell in one of the rooms that I need taken care of though.
Jarad did an amazing job. He took the time to explain the best options for our situation. He was very knowledgeable of the products and process. He was friendly and very polite. We will be return customers!! Thank you Jarad!

Technician offered an earlier time slot and when I couldn't be there he was totally understanding and got there right on time for my scheduled block. He was able to get the stains out of my carpet and it looks amazing!!

I had my mother’s lift chair cleaned and after it dried the seat looks like it hadn’t been done at all. Your guy cleaned it last year and did a fantastic job. But not this time....

Our tech was knowledgeable and thorough. The carpets dried so much faster than with other cleaning methods.
Technician was very knowledgeable but not pushy about up-selling extra services. He explained several times that we should be careful about possibly slipping if we walked from carpet onto tile. Carpets came out better than expected considering the amount of pet stains we had.
