The technician, Chris was very courteous & polite. Was very knowledgeable & took the time to explain procedures as he went along. Very upfront of spots that though he cleaned, were unable to remove. Very happy of overall results.

Result is not what I expected. I could not tell a difference after the service but waited till the area rug was dry to come to a final conclusion. I also noticed that the service technician did not spray the entire rug. The rug is a 7x10 size, he sprayed an area the size of 5x8.
We had not had our floors cleaned in six years and they came out beautiful. Our technician was professional and courteous. We would highly recommend zeroz.
