My carpet in one room is still dirty. I payed for the extra services that day and the entrance section of one room is still dark, so I don’t know if you are capable of making things right. If you are, finishing the job would help. All the other rooms are great.

Technician was very pleasant. I thought the carpets were quite crunchy after cleaning. I had to vacuum a couple of times to soften them up. I can still see some traffic areas that are a little darker and the arms on the chair are still darker. The technician said my fabric is wearing out. They have always cleaned up fine before.
Your technician went over the floor too fast to really clean anything . Stains still in the carpets! Not happy at all.
