After making appointment Zerorez sent emails to confirm time and when service tech was on way I received a call giving time of arrival. Tech was right on time and very knowledgeable about clean carpets and their products. Also Tech was very professional and courteous. Carpets came out fresh looking without the crunch.

How come I don't get an invoice even after i was promised one online.
The young technician was OK but seemed in a hurry and was not as thorough as he should have been especially with the "scotch guard" treatment that we paid extra for and took him about 30 seconds to hit and miss with.

You’re product did an amazing on my carpets! They look like new again!
