Joshua was very professional and did a great job. Arrived right on time and finished the job quickly.

I missed a call asking if ok to show up 2 hours early. I tried to call back and was on hold for a couple minutes so I hung up. Your office called back with a couple minutes but by that time the representative was at my door. I has a new job offer and needed those 2 hours to do some paper work and finish vacuuming. I felt rushed then.

Love how well the carpet comes totally clean and fresh with no soapy residue left behind.

Technician was a little salesly/a little too talkative overall. I was trying to do multiple other things but kept getting interrupted. although he was accinkdsting with switching which room to start in and did answer all questions and was nice.

My carpet is ten years old and I have 2 dogs. After the cleaning the carpet was fresh and clean with no lingering odors. Love it.

It seems to have worked what ever you used. At least so far . When I had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer it took a few days for the stains to appear again, so we’ll see what hsppens

No harsh chemicals or awful smell. The carpet looks fantastic and it wasn’t crunchy weird under our feet when walking on it for the first time once it was dry.

Excellent technician and product and will use zerorez again

There were candy stains and a glue/glitter that didn't come out it seems like with the steam process they should have come out. I paid for 4 rooms and hallway and tile and grout cleaning and seal. I scraped paint and something else out of the grout after it was sealed. You could come back and try to get glue/glitter and make an adjustment on my bill or BIG incentive to use your services in the future. I paid over $600. For the service.

This time around I was very impressed with our technician. He was great! Polite, thorough, informative, attentive, and an all around pleasure to have in our home. I wish I could find people like him to work for me!

All services should be the same with consistent procedures. Our first Zerorez appointment was great, however our last visit seemed a bit rushed. The carperts were not given the suction vacuum that makes the carpets ultra clean. Not a bad job, but not as good as in previous visits.
