R carpets came out fairly clean so not using a harmful chemical it was fine. Although I heard the carpets will get dirty faster.
Quality of the service
This is the second time that we have used Zerorez. Both times I have been completely satisfied and my carpets look so good that I am committed to take my shoes off everyday when I come home. They almost look like they did when we installed them 13 years ago!

The young men who cleaned my carpeting were very professional and did an excellent job.
The first guy that came out here did a horrible job. He was in a huge hurry. On top of that I was never told that spot remover was 75.00 a gallon. Goodness that is ridiculous. So instead of 100.00 it costed me 212.00. I had to have my house torn up 2 extra day so someone else could come out and redo the carpet and again that was quite an inconvenience since I have 4 of my grandchildren living here. I feel I should be given some kind of refund on this. It is not even as big a a full room carpeted. It's just not what I expected from this company.

This was my first service from Zerorez. It was easy to book on-line, and I chose them because I know that any stains in carpet can re-appear because soap residue attracts dirt and grease if it is not properly extracted. A friend had used them and liked the long-term results. Christian, the technician, explained everything thoroughly. Pre-treating, cleaning, sealing the carpet fibers, and raking took about 2 hours for dining room, living room, and hall. A day later the carpets look clean and there are no harsh chemical smells. He also cleaned a large area rug and a hall runner with good results. I will be using them again.

Great customer service. Dan did an outstanding job on our carpets and floors!
I spent over $200 to get a 10x10 room cleaned and the smell is still there. I was told the smell would go away but the stain wouldn’t. Well the stain went away but the smell didn’t. My tech was great. Unfortunately I spent a lot of money for one room and didn’t accomplish what I wanted.

I just think you are too expensive because you charge so much extra for things I think should be included like stain removal. I mean who needs their carpets cleaned if they aren’t dirty?
