The guy was polite and professional, he explained everything he was doing and why. He let me know what he was using to clean the carpets. Overall are carpets look nice and clean, we are very satisfied customers.
Friendly technicians who are on time. No chemicals / soap. Carpets look great after.
Nothing wrong with service or technician. It's just that the rugs didn't come clean as I expected. I think the process is not good for heavy traffic areas. I think a chemical based product might work better.

The man who cleaned my carpets did a nice job and was very friendly. However I did and still do have a bad pet odor in an area even after using the empowered water and pet cleaning added fee. Overall the quality of work was very good.
Tech came on time. Was courteous and polite. Took the time to not nick up the walls etc with the hoses.
Carpet dried in less than 4 hours. Don't know what happened last time but it took 24 hours with the same amount of extra fans placed everywhere.
I Believe we end up spending 50% of final bill which was $798 on add on treatments which was excessive . Orginal projections $269. whit added love seat the bill would have been $ 500. limit consumer on treatments.. we has too many treatments thanks Name removed

Using water and not much soap keeps the residue from forming. Employees who came out were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend service to others.
I have always had a positive experience with your company which is why I continue to use your services year after year. I am having a problem getting the water stain out of the carpet after the last visits. The second cleaning was so much better than the first but I'm wondering if they could go over it one last time?

Always an excellent result for my light beige carpeting! I love that there’s no chemicals left in the carpet fibers too. Have had our sectional cleaned several times & always turns out so clean and fresh-looking.
Showed up on time, courteous, and did a great job.
I addressed pet odors with my technician he stated that he did not smell them even though the black light showed them, I told him I was willing to pay extra. He did not treat the pet stains or odors. There are still spots on my carpet that smell like dog urine as if they had not been cleaned at all. I spend a lot of money to have my carpets cleaned and I feel like it was a waste!
