My technician, Luke, was fabulous. On-time, thorough, very knowledgable and nice as can be. Your product seems to clean so much better than harsh chemicals. Plus, I like the environmental aspect of using water vs. chemicals. Pricing is more than reasonable . I've ALREADY told a few friends. You are our new "Go To" carpet cleaners.

You did not clean our grout. Your tech, not only failed to clean it, but proceeded to seal and tell us it would dry lighter and would be clean. Which it did not. 2nd tech came and used different tools (the first guy didn’t even attempt to try), but still could not lighten up the grout. The house is only 2 years old and only had a few spots we wanted taken care of, so we wasted $400 for nothing.
The only way to make it right is to reimburse us for the money we paid for a service we did not receive

Unfortunately you advertise not crunchy and no products used. The technician used an orange product (natural he said) but now my carpets are crunchy. I liked the technician and liked his work. He did a good job but now my carpets are crunchy and you advertise no crunch!! What is the product that is orange based that made my carpets this way? I had 3 different types of carpet and they are all crunchy!!

Came at 10:00 which was perfect. He started right away, inspecting & explaining his every move. He explained everything to me in detail so afterwards I didn’t have any questions! The service technician was very respectful to me & my household belongings.
The final product was more than I expected. It did not stink when it was drying & looks fantastic !!
So very happy with Zerorez will definitely use them again!

Nothing, I think your guy did a good job, the carpet looked great when he finished, however there were a lot of spots that returned the next morning after the carpet was dry.

Unfortunately the gentleman that did our cleaning really tore up or corners on our walls. I have been going to repaint and I guess now is the time.

It was all good

They told me from the beginning what to expect and how much it would cost and they didn't add any bogus fees , which is really nice these days. The service guy was very polite and patient with me and was extremely professional.
