The first time Zerorez cleaned my carpers the results were excellent. The second time you cleaned my carpets, I wasn't as pleased with the outcome. There were some areas that didn't get as clean as I expected and the service tech seemed to speed through the house in a hurry. I just had my carpets cleaned a third time using your service and the edges of the carpet were not given the attention they needed. Some of the edges have a dark ridge along them where you can see the tech missed the edge altogether. Also, this time some areas of the carpet felt stiff, or crispy. This was something I had never experienced before from your service.

You did not honor the quote provided on the phone. No one ever asked what material our area rug was made out out of. Then when the tech got here, he said that because it's wool that the cost was $100 more! Outrageous!

Zerorez works! After the Zerorez tech left we wanted to see just how clean the carpet really was. So what we did was mix a full strength batch of Simply Green. We then used a hand brush and a shop vac and tried our best to get more dirt out, but all we got was clean water and NO dirt. Our conclusion is you can't get it cleaner than Zerorez clean.
