Fast, efficient service
Was nice to be able to schedule online. The guy that came to the house was great. I appreciate that he was careful and was respectful of the house.
The original employee who came out did an unacceptable job - left streaks, dirt, and failed to properly clean grout as advertised. I will say that when the second person came out after I called to complain, they did a fantastic job that met our expectations. Going forward, I am uncertain if I will use Zerorez or try a different company who can do things right the first time.
The carpet came out very nice, the guy showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and went straight to work. Didn't take long at all and results were great!
The two technicians that worked on our carpet did a fantastic job. They were here for us and wanted to make sure that they did everything we asked them to. Will definitely be having them come back to clean the carpet again.

This is our 2nd time using ZeroRez. The best part about the products is the carpet isn't soaking wet! Its cleaner and fresher than ever. Plus their employees are the best. We have had 2 different technicians and they were both excellent and spoke so highly of the company. The knowledge about the carpet and the treatments were just amazing. I highly recommend you try zerorez before any other carpet cleaning company!

After we got our carpets cleaned I noticed my wall had scratches and dents from the equipment you guys used.

I was a little disappointed with the way the carpets dried. They turned out crunchy when you walked on them after they dried. The guy who performed the service was not as personal as we have had in the past.
