Eric Fischer did a very good job cleaning my carpet. He was right on time and started right in on the job. I wasn’t quite ready for him to start but he was very patient as my son and I cleared out the room. My carpet looks brand new. I always tell all my friends to go with zerorez. Thank you Name removed.

My carpet is clean , but it took all the way overnight to become complete dry, it was something not -expected.
Our concern was how much water was behind in the carpet, after the cleaning. The first thing I did in the morning was to check the carpet to be sure it was finally dry.
Professional and courteous technician - very thorough - did not rush thru the job - we had 9 rooms of off-white carpeting. Did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

My cleaner was great things look nice. If someone asked id tell them I was happy with my service but there wasn’t an above and beyond that havdvme actively promoting the service. For me to choose a 10 i need to be blown away by how amazing things are.

Carpet comes up bright and dries fast
Service was fine but stain didn’t come out of carpet or decrease at all.
Had our carpets cleaned about two months ago. Had you back out to clean our tile. Left dirty patches of carpet where the dirty tile water got on the carpet. Also a corner of carpet got shredded by the machine. Sent an email with no response. Very. Very disappointed.
