This is the second time I used your company for carpet cleaning and I am very pleased. Last year Albert was the technician and this year Cameron was the technician. Both men were very knowledgeable, careful, friendly, and did a great job cleaning our carpets explaining each step and what had to be done. I understand Albert is no longer with your company, but in the future I will definitely ask for Cameron. Such a nice young man and so very competent. I like how easy it is to make an appt, how friendly the employees are, and that he explained everything and asked if we had any questions.

The carpet does not appear to be clean. As the carpet dried, spots are still visible.
In the past, we utilized Stanley Steemer, at a lower cost, and have always been satisfied.

We have used Zerorez twice to clean and seal our tile. This second time there seemed to be a film left on the tile and around grout It looks clean but did not like the film that was left. Thanks!!!

Always impressed with the customer service. This time for whatever reason, my carpets were “crunchy” after they dried. Also, they took a longer than ususal time to dry?? Overall maybe it was the technicians experience level.

Carpets are crispy and there are still stains in the carpets. I just think that you over advertise the quality to get subpar cleaning. I paid more for zerorez than what the others to get a better quality. I just feel I didn’t get that.

I like how fast it was, and how fresh it smelled and Chad was so thoughtful. There were some spots my husband was worried but when we vacuumed it was fine.
