We LOVE Zerorez! We are a chemical free house (at least as much as possible) so that's the main reason, but it also cleans the carpets very well, the people are super easy to work with and very professional. They don't try to up-sell you on anything. And our carpets are nice and soft--not the stiffness that happens after chemicals. Thank you!

Who played over a $200 for carpet cleaning and pet odor removal the technician stated that after looking at the stains with a black light there was only two he said they were medium to mild not heavy he use the extractor on them and when he was doing it and when he was done it seems so clean air but after a couple hours of drying it almost got worse and then it eased up a little but write in the areas that I one of the areas that I had complained of it is just the same I don't know if he missed the actual stain cuz he I did see him do the thing in that area but I'm thinking maybe he missed where it really was and I was so convinced after him telling me that it would be almost undetectable debt for that amount of money I was really kind of disappointed I even bought the I forget what he called it water in a bottle for the future but this happened immediately and the dog was not alone in the house and this is only occurs when she has to be left alone for long periods of time so I know she didn't read saturate the area. The technician was extremely friendly extremely positive but unfortunately that situation let me down

I love, love, love that the process does not involve soap which can never completely be removed from the carpet. It is a quick and easy. I have used this company three times now and the technicians have always been courteous and mindful of the walls in the house. The carpet looks great, almost like new! Thanks Zerorez!

Carpets came out better than competitors process. Tile grout looks great Technician was great. Richard was very informative about the product that he was using and about how he was going to do the process. Very friendly, always smiling. Good firm handshake. Deserves a huge raise for his efforts.

I had a portion of my carpet done and paid for three rooms, which I knew before hand. My carpet shows very little difference. I was happy with your carpet cleaning of all my rooms last September. Perhaps, it is the best you can do, the carpet is three years old, no pets and not a lot of traffic with people.
However, Jesse, I believe is his name was very pleasant.
Next time, my carpet needs cleaning I will give some thought to it.

A little disappointed that you could not clean my bedroom carpet where there was some blood residue but the other carpets came out beautifully

Service person was very nice and made sure I was happy with the results.

We had blood stains and I know the guys worked hard to get them out. While it looked great while it was drying, the stains did not come out. Once I noticed the stains in one room, I asked them if they could try again and they did. They did not go back over the other two rooms and the stains are very noticeable in those rooms. I wonder if they had tried one more time if it would look better like our bedroom does.

My experience was amazing. We had a sick dog and you got me in the same day due to a mess that occurred. I did not feel pressured to add on product as I explained we had a lot of expenses with the dog.
The techs seemed to take extra care in cleaning knowing our situation.
When I explained this was our dog’s last day the techs were genuinely sympathetic and caring. This was the cherry on top to a wonderful experience with Zero Rez. Our carpet feels and looks clean and the techs made all the difference on a very difficult day for me

Carpet in 3 rooms was ripped from Tack strip. Watched it happen in Master. It appeared he was working on it to fix it. Looked again after he left and noticed our carpet was compromised.

NOTE: The cleaner was an extremely nice guy AND did a very good job on everything else.

I’ve used another carpet cleaning business for the past several years and while they did a decent job, my carpets just never felt really clean. But after zerorez worked their magic, my carpet looked and felt clean. It was a visible difference and it was definitely worth investing a little more money to get a much better result!
