Wish we hadn't paid extra for the supposed spot protection application. Carpets looked great for a couple days and now spots are already coming back through. Very disappointed.

I thought from the way your commercials brag about your service and for what I was charged I was expecting my carpet to be spotless. Granted it was clean but you could still see the areas most traveled and there was some spots that your technician didn’t quite get out. I feel I was better off renting a carpet cleaner and doing it myself, it’s very possible in the future I won’t be calling zerorez to clean my carpets. I was very disappointed.

The pricing was really high for carpet that was still crunchy when it dried, drying that took just as much time as other carpet cleaners, and every little thing was an additional expense which would have been cheaper overall from another place with the same results
