We've been using Zerorez for the past five years and wouldn't use anyone else! They're timely, their techs are professional, they give you an exact quote before they start and they get my carpets very clean!

I think it would be better for the carpets if you offered a traffic area only option. I would be more likely to have you clean the carpets more often.
You also need to rethink the way you do price the service. By using the room size rather than the available room size for cleaning makes me feel that you are higher than most cleaning services. Moving furniture is hard for me.
The carpets looked great once cleaned. Now the only test is how long the carpets continue to look nice.
