My tile grout was almost like brand new. It was an amazing transformation. My rugs and couches came out wonderful as well. I had so much damage from pets and now everything is clean and sanitized. Our technician was very professional and really cared about every detail of getting our home clean again. All of this for such a reasonable amount too.

Are you the type of person that vacuum’s regularly? Small children? Pets?

I am one of those people. In fact, I have purposely sought out some of the cutting edge vacuum’s out there on the market to keep my carpets lasting longer and clean. Once the stars lined up, and I knew of a day where the house would be free from all the occupants listed above, I scheduled with Zerorez.

I pre-vacuumed; with the thought it would assist in the process. It did; however, the system they use was able to remove even more debris and remove a majority of the stains, and renew the high traffic areas. The carpets were dry in about 4 hours with no crunchy, no odor, and looking new for the age.

If you are on the fence about this company, I am a big fan. They crew that came were very professional, friendly, and constantly aware of surroundings during the cleaning. They worked harmonious with each other keeping me up to date on all the findings. Great work Zerorez!

Super easy to book an appointment. Luke did a fantastic job on our carpets. He was friendly and professional you can't ask for more than that.

Eric was amazing. Not only did he take the time to explain what he was doing and what makes Zerorez so effective, he made sure he did a thorough job throughout. I thought the rooms looked great. Will definitely be setting up another appt to do more rooms in the future.

There is one small stain remaining on the master bedroom carpet.
