Excellent service, friendly employees - was called when there was a cancellation and they could get to my house sooner if I wanted, which was great! No hard upsells, knowledgeable staff. Used Zerorez for the last two-three years and will continue to do so!

The first time you clean my floors in my apartment it was $135 this last time this time you charge me $135 +$50 for being on the third floor you pulled a sneaky Pete charge I will never use your company again

Twice dirt deposits had been left in carpet by front door. This time was worse than normal - almost like mud. I used a can product to remove and restore carpet.
