Very honest and kind.
The service rep was professional, explained things very well and did a great job. My carpet was in worse shape than I realized, but looks great now. The rep explained all options available and quickly helped me decide how to tackle the job.
I LOVE the fact that Zerorez does not use toxic/harsh chemicals for their carpet cleaning. I have zero tolerance for toxic chemicals and it is a blessing to be able to have my carpet cleaned without the feeling of a chemical assault.

Technician was great and the carpet looked awesome when he was done. I had steam cleaned it prior and it did not look as good as it did with zerorez.

The guy who cleaned our carpets was really professional and did a great job! I just don’t feel like my carpets are that much better than they are from other carpet cleaners. So for your Last name removed vs other companies prices I don’t know that the cost benefit is there.
The product works. Easy to schedule and manage appointments. Tech (Abraham) was great I didn't add in a portion of the house and he assist me in getting it into the quote and complete with no hassles. End results was better than expected

The price we were told over the phone when scheduling wasn’t the price when the guy came to clean it. We were told $89 and got charged $189 to clean a bed frame. Completely outrageous. Never will I recommend ZeroRez to anyone or will I pay for yours service again.
The services are very professional from the technicians that are coming in to my home and the product is better than any on the market to get the carpets clean and keep them clean.
