It is a new concept in carpet cleaning, When it dried was a telling time. The carpet had a softer and fluffier feel.I also was impressed with the tech by the way he. handled the equipment and took the time around furniture and corners not to scratch or dent anything. He was very courteous and explained the products and equipment used in the process. I appreciated his time and knowledge and he did an excellent job. As my carpet cleaning needs arise I will definitely be another satisfied return customer . A big thank you to Daniel Alvarado for a job well done and ZEROREZ for coming up with a better way in carpet cleaning

The only thing I did not like b.c was that if I wanted odor removal from a small area of carpet, the price tag was going to be $1500.

The carpets look good. They are just crunchy. And it seems all your ads say that’s how you are different from your competition- that the carpets end up soft.
Someone already offered to reclean the carpets, but since it took 8 hours to dry last time, I don't want them recleaned. They look fine and as we walk on them they are getting softer.

When finished it didn't smell fresh, can still see some of the pet stains. It was vacuumed nice but didn't feel it really cleaned my carpet.this was the second time I used you. The first visit was great but then for $650 it should but this second time not happy.
No chemicals in your products and your service men were professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Tambra was the Customer Service Representative that helped me schedule my appointment and was very thorough in her explanation of the process. She even tried to get me scheduled for later the same day I called! I had two large area rugs cleaned, dried quickly, no odor!

The cleaning was great but not moving even light furniture was a bummer. I am a retired lady that lives alone and could not move everything by myself.
