With all the hype I guess I just expected more....especially at the price point. Just a regular cleaning if you ask me.

Your employees 1st then product
It was my first time using zerorez, and I've heard nothing but good things and was curious about what makes them different than other companies. The technician that came was very professional and nice, no pressure what's so ever when it came to add on's if you wanted. I feel like they are slightly over priced than others but still a very good product and very professional staff. Very nice and helpful and explaining what their products is.
Zerorez provides professional and friendly customer service from start to finish. Zerorez arrived to my home in a timely manner, thoroughly explained the estimate and left my carpets and tile looking great!
My furniture looks brand new after cleaning.

Love that my carpets were not crunchy after they dried
it is a little expensive compared to other carpet cleaners.
First, I didn't care for the way the technician "broke the news" to me that there was a pet stain (urine) in the carpet in our townhouse and DOUBLED the cost of the cleaning with the removal/deo treatment. His "news" should have been more scripted, factual, more professional -- such as "ZeroRez always checks for pet stains before cleaning. We do this with a black light which illuminates the pet urine. A stain was found in X room." He seemed to be winging it (his explanation a sales up sell), which caused it to ring of untruth.
Given what we know about our son's cat's behavior (he always used his pottybox situated at the bottom of the stairs in the entry to the 2nd floor townhouse), it was shocking to hear he'd (the cat) pee in the room of our renter but no where else in the townhouse.
Shocking to hear that "An entire gallon" of product needed to be used for the treatment ($80).
Shocking to learn that your product/system somehow manages to pass completely through the carpet backing, through the rubberized pad, and down into the subfloor wood, while the cleaning/extraction machine effectively extracts 100% back up/out through three filtering layers? Seems miraculous, frankly.
Shocks aside, because the cleaning was arranged remotely, neither I/nor our son or renter were there to witness the discovery via black light, because we are now landlords (since our son moved out that weekend, renter stayed on), we were compelled to pay ZeroRez's fee. Wondrous that neither our renter (who lived in the pee'd room) nor our son didn't notice it. Even ONE cat pee is so stinky, but they detected no smell reported, saw no visible signs while living there.
While I realize that it may have been completely legitimate, we will always remember feeling shocked, possibly taken advantage of, and squeezed to pay the 'ransom'
I didn't like the fact that he wouldn't move anything, not even a small ottoman. Other than that I liked the service but I will go with another company because it is important to move small furniture.

The technicians are extremely social and very cordial. They go to great heights to clean your carpets yet take great strides not to havoc in your home. Once the cleaning process is complete you can see right away how clean your carpets are and in a very short period of time. I highly recommend Zerorez to all.
