Loved that it wasn't soaking wet, or rippling the carpet! There was no odor and safe to walk on with booties given to you for the next 5- 8 hours. Everything looked so clean afterwards!

Prompt, professional, friendly and the pre/post procedure/care was explained in detail.
No residue
Carpet is streaked and doesn’t look clean. It looks as if the dirt was just dragged around.
To make things right I would suggest a refund. I can provide a picture to prove my point if necessary.
Do not use harsh chemicals. Have been very happy with results... and service tech was super!
The technician is awesome.
Service made carpet look amazing. I mentioned prior owner had dog and cats . He got out additional machine to get down in the base of the carpet.
The entire experience from the time I called to make the appointment to the tile and carpet cleaning was great. Everyone was very professional and provided clear, concise explanations of the cost and the work to be done. No attempts to upsell or talk me in to services I didn’t need. The technicians, Robert and Gavin, conducted themselves in a professional yet friendly manner.

The cleaning did not leave and smelly odor the technician was very polite and courteous.
Said you could get rid of the cat urine smell, but only made things worse and then charged $400.

Most of the spots that we're went over are still there (there wasn't that many.) Overall the carpet seems cleaner though I lasked to tec to clean a area rug I was abo ut 10 foot by 6 foot and he said he couldn't do that area of carpet below it if you did the area rug. It would have tight taking him a couple minutes maybe o-will
