I thought guards were to be out out on furniture corners etc to protect it. No furniture was scratched but it only takes one time.. I thought last time I used your service, I was given booties to wear after the Zerorez team left? Also, I had a small stain from make up that didn’t get much attention paid to it. I wonder if it had, it would have come out. It felt rushed this time. I may try another set I e next time.🤷🏻♀️

I was surprised to see the pictures on the website were true to form. I vacuum regularly and keep my home clean. I was surprised to see how dirty my carpet was. I'm a true believer in the Zerorez process and a customer for life. The tech who cleaned my carpet, Jared, was friendly, kind and knew his stuff. Thank you!

Carpet is cleaned but not as cleaned as I imagined even though its only a year old and took over 24hrs to dry with a fan on the area

Reasonable prices, clean and honest Reps, Tyler was wonderful. Carpets always come out looking so good and yet they are not crunchy from water. We had 2 area rugs cleaned and what a difference how they look now.
