Paul was very very professional. He Contacted me with status on time and was dead! Paul Was very respectful as I explained what caused the soiled patterns. He made me feel confident he could improve the carpets and tile grout. Paul gave me an estimate of time when he thought hed finish which allowed me to go take care of other issues for my parents home. I arrived back at the house just as he was finishing and he showed me everything and the results exceeded my expectations! I would definitely have zero hesitation in referring your service to my friends!!

Brandon was the technician that cleaned our carpet. He was very polite and informative
when he finished our carpet. I was somewhat disappointed that several areas did not
seem as clean as I had expected; those several that got more traffic, even though there
is only two people living here. He said the fibers were damaged from traffic and that is
why they do not appear as clean although the carpet is barely three years old. Also, some
areas of the 4 rooms cleaned took longer than 8 hours to dry.
In the past with other carpet and other companies that add more cleaners to their solutions seemed to get the carpet looking cleaner when it dried in other homes when we had kids to create more traffic.
Maybe I expected too much because of Mike Broomhead's advertising for Zerorez.

I've used Zerorez in the past and was once again impressed with its service, products and especially with my technician, Peter F . . . I'll be contacting Zerorez again in the future for another "Zerorez Experience" and will again request Peter!!!!

The carpets are clean and dry fairly quickly. The techs are polite, friendly, and efficient. We are able to get an early appointment. We receive a 15 minute reminder they are coming.

Dan representing Zerorez came to our home to provide carpet cleaning services. We showed him the most travelled areas; Dan stated that he could take care of all that by pre-treat and then whatever else that sound reasnoble. We were on board for all the suggestions. Since we have dogs, I took them away to allow Dan to do what he needed to do without disturbances and to communicate with First name removed. When I returned back home the next day, I was totally disappointed. The carpet throughout are HORRIBLE!! I have used Zerorez in the past and I couldn't rave enough, which I refered people. We have taken pictures, but they cannot grasp the trueness of what the finished products look like. We request that someone come out tomorrow if possible, 4/28/19 because we are willing to leave as much furniture off the carpet to ensure there is a clear view.
