Service was excellent! Carpet looks great!
the tech said the carets would be wet for 3-4 hours. Its been over 24 hours and the carpets are still soaked.
several stains did not get removed and the tile/grout is still dirty.
My technician came Saturday to clean my carpets, my carpets were not terrible however, I did have concerns about some high traffic areas. The technician sprayed my carpets with the pre-treatment and went straight to the steam clean with the Zr Wand. I was expecting the technician to agitate the carpet with the ZrLifter because but this step was skipped. I waited until the carpet to dry and still noticed some dark areas on my carpet. If this is the standard part of the process why was this step skipped? I contacted zero res via Facebook to reschedule another cleaning. While I appreciated the fast response, I now have to move all of my furniture again in order to prepare for another visit.

Very professional
The grout is still dirty in places and the floor took about 24 hours to dry which has delayed our ability to move items from the second story on the day we both had off from work. Now we aren’t able to move out until this weekend due to work. Not happy!!!
This is our first time using Zerorez. Very happy with the service technician Daniel Alvarado. Just had it cleaned yesterday. Carpet looks great. Better than it has in a long time.

Don’t know. We had some rug stains that wouldn’t come out. I was pleased with the work and the timing. The tech was pleasant, informative and efficient.

The Tech was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the process and the equipment. I was extremely satisfied with the job done.
I hired then to clean tile and grout at a job on a landing, stairs, and the front entry. The guy must have closed his eyes because it does not look touched. I have contacted them to schedule to redo it, we will see.
Technicians were excellent. Tile came out excellent. It was a little pricey. Almost $1000 to do my house. I do continue to use because I do not want soap used on my carpet although I might consider trying someone else for the tile.
No soap, no chemical and carpet is not as sopping wet with other companies and dries faster
Stairs still look dirty. Would like to have you try again to clean them. We won’t be back, however, until the fall.

The technician was awesome!! He was professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the product used and the outcome expected. The carpets were beautiful! I can tell that he takes pride in his work. He gave good advice after the work was done and just really solidified our future use of Zerorez. Thanks so much. He was really great!!

Carpet is cleaned with out any oder or soap residue and dries quickly. Carpet looks rejuvenated and plush again after cleaning and seems to stay clean longer.
Way too expensive. You get quoted one price but when they get here everything is an up sell. I was quoted 239.00 but it turned out to be 425.00. Yes, they did a good job but so do others at one third of the price you charged. I was told there would be no charge for the out of area service charge, but was charged anyway. Way too expensive for old people to pay.

Joshua came to clean several rooms and rugs. He arrived on time, was knowledgable about what you do and did a fantastic job.
He did have help as he was training a new employee who was also very friendly. Joshua seemed like a great person to be teaching this new employee as the few times I was around or could hear him it was practical in his teaching method and was constantly working with them to learn the skills they would need.
