Very friendly staff, they do the job right, and are not in a rush to get in and get out. Very punctual also, arriving right at the start of the 2 hour window they provided. If you have issues with pet urine, they can get the majority of that up and make everything smell infinitely better!

The carpet looks very clean and drys quickly. The person was very polite and professional.

The technician that came was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was semi satisfied with the results. The technician explained that the grout may not be 100% stain free. It only seemed about 50% better. But since the technician was so great and helpful, I was fine with it.

The technician was ok. He didn’t bother to clean the carpet under a floor lamp. I didn’t unplug it because the base is small and it’s so light, I figured he would move it but he did not. He didn’t clean the carpet in our master bedroom closet. My husband did a walk-through with him when the tech said he was done. My husband asked him to do the closet too and he did, but I feel like we shouldn’t have had to ask. He also said he would give us booties to wear at the end of the cleaning but he did not.

On time. Very polite and helpful. Explained things. Carried chairs to clean and then helped bring them back. Showed me what would happen to a spot in a hidden place.

Fast, efficient, thorough service. Clear about what you can and can’t do. Safe cleaning —no chemicals so safe for humans and animals. Reasonable prices.

I had the carpet on my stairs cleaned and I was told the carpet would be dry in approximately 4 hours. I really needed it to be dry at lease by the next morning. The property had to staged the by the next afternoon because I had guests checking in at 4 PM. The carpet was still damp the next afternoon and I had to have people walking on the damp to get everything ready for the guest. The carpet was still damp when my guest arrived. Because we had to walk on the damp carpet it did not look as if it had been cleaned at all.

You advertised that the carpet would not be "crunchy". It was very crunchy. We vacuumed it and its fine now.

Carpets are really cleaned. Smell clean, look clean. I also like the idea that I can buy some of the water that they use for spot treatments.
