I had a great experience with the service technician that came out, very professional and prompt arrived when he said took time to explain what he would do and went to work. Very quick and complete we walked the areas once he was done and all looked amazing.
Love the carpet cleaning with no chemicals. It truly lasts longer than all the chemical users. Trey was extremely thorough at his job. Offered many other optional services and products, which some people may think as pushy sales but he was very nice about just making us aware of what is available and letting us decide what we wanted or didn't. Very knowledgeable as well. Our carpets are amazing and Trey is fantastic!
The work was ok I feel like I could have just paid 80 to rent a machine from my local store and did the same job

My technician Michael was amazing, I felt comfortable both being in the house alone with him and trusted him to be there alone while I ran an errand. After some accidents from my 2 puppies under 2 I debated replacing the carpets but after Zerorez there is no need. Zerorez is the first company I feel that actually cleans the entire carpet / pad instead of just covering up the issue. I would definitely recommend!
