When the job is finished you can tell it, it makes the carpet look almost new. The drying time is GREAT. The price is just about right.
THe people that come to clean your carpets are on time and are really nice. They try their best to do an excellent job. No Soap residue!
Not as expected and some what disappointing. The guy took no time at all—he got done all 3 rooms too quickly. The way he cleaned was different from my friend told me(who recommended)how gets done, also, I was told will take 4-6 hours dry but with air and fan on still damp next day and carpet feels stiff/hard after dry.
Promptness, knowledgeable and my carpet looks great. Plus, it dried in about 6 hrs. Aaron did a fabulous job.

Starting with the call in to schedule an appointment is done with ease. I asked to be the first call of the day. No problem, done. Richard the tech set up the house to make sure no walls or furniture would be damaged. He did a great job. Very satisfied with Zerorez have used them for 12 yrs.
Just thought more stains would come out of the carpet
The process was quick and left our carpets looking so much better. The cleaning specialist Paul was very pleasant and informative. He explained the process to us and went about cleaning without delay. Thank you for a job well done.
Carpets look great...Michael did a wonderful job and was very knowledegable....there was no sticky residue or strong odor and carpets dried fast...I have already recommended to all my neighbors. Thanks Michael and Zerorez!

Your associate called and showed up a couple of hours early. Very nice guy - did the job quickly - no problems. Much appreciated.
1. Improve the Company’s back office processes, including ability to answer the phone (I was on hold for 15 minutes before giving up). 2. Re-evaluate some pricing, especially pet urine removal pricing. It doubled the price of the quote I received to do the job. I fully would expect a premium; but not to that degree. Of course I don’t know, but my guess is that the solution that was used is an internal recipe, and is charged out at a high profit. Everyone is entitled to profit, but I believe you would sell a whole lot more of that specific service if it was more reasonably priced.
Made my carpet look brand new.
This experience was quite pleasant and the service technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and did not give any unreal expectations. However, I had an issue on my last service where I felt the carpets were not cleaned as effectively as could have been. And when I called back I was advised that the tech stated in his paperwork that the carpets were 5+ years old when we had advised him that the carpet was barely one year old. This left a very sour taste in my mouth. Although Zerorez did offer to come out and inspect and reclean, if necessary, we had already moved all furniture back which was quite the undertaking. Not wanting to go through moving the furniture again, we opted for the service credit. In hindsight, I should have had them clean it again. But that’s beyond the point of the tech knowingly falsifying his paperwork to, what I feel, was to cover up a mediocre cleaning.
The tech was very informative and helpful. He got out the stains that we thought were in there for life.The whole process was quick and easy.

You've always done a great job, however, I was disappointed in the cleaning of my shower. You charged $15 more than last time and when I got home, I didn't see much difference. I still will recommend you but only for carpets

Completly removed the pet urine smell
I was very pleased with the service the guys were AWESOME they were very friendly and professional they went above and beyond what I consider Great service I would not ask for anyone else in the future I am sold on a scale of 1-10 I would venture out to say they were a 20!! My carpet was awful but they came in and worked very hard to clean it and make it look like new thanks again guys you two are Amazing!!
