Their process not only extracts the dirt, but in high traffic areas which tend to get matted down, their process effectively lifts the nap from the carpet. I was quoted less than the final price. That situation is not appealing when I felt like I went above and beyond to explain the couch prior to the cleaning. My wife is here at the time of the cleaning and now the price is different, much higher than the original price and more expensive than all your competitors.
